If a customer of Roxanne’s Birkenstock chooses to sign up, opts in or is added in store by a representative for either the EMAIL or TEXT promotions, or both, understand that you must agree to the following terms and conditions:

1) EMAIL or TEXT promotions are only valid during the time frame, date(s) specified within the communication or offer.
2) EMAIL or TEXT promotions are only applicable for items purchased after the communication or offer has been disseminated.
3) Only one offer/discount/bundled item(s) per customer or offer.
4) Unless approved or specified within the communication or offer, said communication or offer is only applicable as a stand alone offer, and may NOT be used in addition to other sales, discounts or offers. This applies to mailed coupons, direct mail and any sale that is promoted through print, television or on-line vehicle.
5) Unless specified within the communication or offer, discounts are only applicable to stock on hand.
6) Unless specified within the communication or offer, discounts are only applicable to merchandise not service, labor or gift certificates/gift cards.
7) Any disputes must be submitted at the store location, in person, weekdays (M-F) between the hours of 11:00am and 5:00pm
8) Roxanne’s Birkenstock reserves the right to revoke special offers upon depletion of color, model, brand or category at any time.
9) Roxanne’s Birkenstock reserves the right to remove any customer’s contact email address or mobile phone number from EMAIL or TEXT distribution list at any time.
10) All EMAIL or TEXT communications or offers may or may not be disseminated to the same target group and may reserve the right to ONLY market to customers with specific historical purchasing history or preferences.
